We loved it also! It reminded my husband of his boot camp experience and graduation from Great Lakes 40 years ago this month.

Congrats to all the new Sailors. I remember when my son had his PIR in March. What a feeling when the door opened and they came marching in.

I just can't thank my brother in law and sister in law enough for being the surrogate parents to my son. They were there for us and sent us uploaded pictures as soon as they took them. We sat in the kitchen with coffee and tears waiting for each posting, it was almost like a "live feed" they were awesome. My son is doing great and in FL now awaiting his classes to start. Amazing "What a difference a day make Thanks to all of the N4M's posting and updates, it's been fun.

I have an hour and a half of video from the PIR, but the connection speed is too slow in the hotel to get it upload. Will do it first thing tomorrow when I get home and post the link to it.
