TN Navy Mom - my prayers are also going out to all of you. It sounds like your son has really excelled and I am sure that he will continue to do so as soon as he can get that leg healed. I know this must be really hard, you got a call that none of us want to get. My God bless you and yours in this time of need.

TN Navy mom, will be thinking of your son and wish him a speedy recovery!! Glad he does not have to "start over" even though it's disappointing to push back his graduation. Glad he's being well taken care of!!

willo, I have a daughter going to pensacola when she is done. She graduates 3 more weeks from today. She is going in for aviation mechanic. How about you?
Comment by TN Navy Mom (Stennis Nuke Mom) on March 19, 2010 at 4:23pm
He only said a "few weeks". I'm thinking probably 6 +/-. We'll see. I talked to him for about 20 minutes and he had already called my daughter in law. We both told him basically the same thing, You've worked hard to make it to week 5 day 1, you'll start back at that point, you became a section leader because you worked hard. Now you have to work hard to get healed. All will be well and whenever he graduates we will all be there.

Tnmom:

I am so sorry to hear that. Any idea how long it will take for him to heal?
