Well, we just got some disappointing news. My recruit just called. He is being sent to RCU this afternoon. Has been LLD for a week due to right leg pain and he pulled his knee during Marlin Spike. They are sending him to RCU because he has stress fractures in his right femur. He will be resting, allowing the stress fractures to heal and get physical therapy. He will not be graduating 4/9 with the rest of Ship 03 Div 145. He is disappointed and frustrated. He will NOT have to start over once the fractures heal he will go to a different division at week 5 day 1 and graduate with them.

My son is also Div 145. Make sure you sign up for our Division group. It's a good way to keep up with our boys division...

I loved how he added choices on some of the questions that just made us laugh! I really need to come up with some more to send!

proudWImom, they are kind of fun to get back. My son makes more jokes on his questionaires than he does in his actual letters and I kind of like using them to make jokes about the things I know he just does not think makes any sense at all. One of his favorite lines when we made him do things was "that doesn't make any sense"

My son is in his brother/sister ship. Ship 13 Div. 152. I so hope you can get in. After all if if weren't for you there wouldn't be a him. I know space is limited, but it is so sad that they can't at least extend it to grandparents.

He is Ship 13, Div. 151, and will be carrying a flag. That is why I would like to get in at the beginning. Thanks, will be there.

Hey everyone! Got the questionnaire back from my son with the blanks filled in and really enjoyed some of his answers. He said he had fun filling it out too! Said the Div. (145)is doing really well and seems to work well as a group. They should be about halfway through week 4 and they were doing weapons and lots of drilling. Also said that this week there are lots of opportunities for the Div to earn flags so things were being "stepped up". He sounds great in his letters. Pictures were to be taken yesterday (Weds). Can't believe only 21 more days! Hope we can make the meet and Greet. We are driving in Thursday so not sure when we will be arriving since I have to work a 1/2 day first.

Hey Ann, we are all full, but I hear that you should go anyqay, if they have the room they will let you in. You may have already been told that I am not sure. What ship division is your grandson in?
