Choose your Username. For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either). Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username. While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Join groups! Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself! Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind. In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships." OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

My DIL called me about 20 mins ago to tell me that we have NOT received any more letters, YET. Hopefully tomorrow. cpmom- I have to keep repeating, no news is good news, no news is good news. I still keep writing (mailed 4 letters today 2 of them from me)

Hoping that maybe we'll get another sometime this week. I am hoping that no news is good news and that they are just really busy. Looking forward to any news you have. My son is in Div 145....

He only was able to call to get some information from me and could only say what he needed to ask!! He sounded good & it was wonderful to hear his voice but so hard not really being able to talk to him! I miss him so much! I cannot wait for a real call from him!!
