Joanne, You and your daughter will be in my prayers and I'm sorry about what happened to her. Man that is a bummer. We had one son come back with a shoulder problem a few years back. Stay strong!

She is doing ok but ya know it is very depressing to be so so close to have this happen. She's sad about being in Chicago, in the hopital, and all alone. I have been here for the past 2 weekends but it's not the same as having someone everyday.

Hello everyone....congratulations to everyone having their "sailor" graduate this coming friday. Unfortunately, my daughter will not graduate this week (don't know when or if). It will take a long time for her to heal. She is now in the Rehab section at the VA in northern Chicago. She is now considered as ASMO. I am in Chicago now and am going home tomorrow. I will be coming back on Thursday as we are keeping our grad plans. We will just spend it in the hospital. Who knows, I may see some of you at the hotel since we are still staying at the Ramada.

We are staying at the Country Inn also. Our flight does not get in until 535 so we will be late gettting to the Meet and Greet. No letters and no phone call for days!! 3 more days until we get a call!!!

Hello Everyone!! I am so excited to see my son in a few days. Then the tears will be so proud of you and happy to see you tears instead of how much I miss you tears!!! LOL. We are staying at the Country Inn and Suites out by the Gurnee mall and will be going to the meet and greet Thurs night! Can't wait to see you all there!

Where is everyone staying for the weekend? I know we spoke about it a few weeks back I am just checking because I made two separate sets of reservations, incase I wanted to stay somewhere else. So I am currently deciding which to keep. :) Thanks
