Sandy, I was able to hunt down a answer for you. I copy/paste answer I got. Hope this helps.

Everyone who attends PIR needs to be on the list. RTC base isn't like any other base, I work on the "A" School base and I can't even get on that base unless I am on the access list. LOL

Sandy, as far as I know they have to be on the list because they only have so much room but I will see what I can find out for you.

Hi Ladies, My son was a grad on 3/19 and I have been helping out the PIR group 4/23 and noticed someone from this PIR came in with questions. I can help out with some and what I can't I have some older timers(JessicaB) that I can turn to. I know this is a journey and it was nice to have help with some of my questions.

Mo, My PIR wore only Red scarfs for each other to find N4M ladies and 4/23 decided to go with each Div. have their own color.

Sandy (Ship12 Div 178) , Yes you have to have your name on the list. My Mom was put in the wrong spot and it took a bit to figure aout it was their typo not us. I know that if there is room they will let others come in but they have to wait to see how they fill up. Your recruit can still add to his list up until the 2nd or 1st week before PIR. I had to have my son add his sister, how he could forget her:)

Exactly! =) Okay, I'm going to get some sleep. I look foward to going to bed each night because I know when I wake up we are one day closer to seeing our recruits.

Tell him that it's an estrogen thing! We can't help it! It's just what we do... My "husband" is a police officer and he always tells me to stop worrying, that he'll tell me when I need to worry! LOL!
