Congratulations to everyone who received calls or letters. I hope everyone's sailors are doing good:)

I think I know what you are saying and yes the calls could be delayed:( That is so great he got your letters. They must be so busy because i'll bet your letters are so important to him! I send one a day and I found out my letter skills need work. This will do it. It's stormy here today and the manager at our Walgreens is from your town. When I met him I thought of you. I'll let you know more as we hear. Thanks for your info!

Haha well he said they had a special bond with their RDC's despite all the insane old school-ness because they could tell they really love their job and care about them succeeding as recruits, and he felt like other divisions weren't so lucky... their RDC's just make it a little harder than most on them haha :) (explains the no calls and not much time for letter writing). He said he got my letters on Saturday the 27th but only had time to read one (poor guy I've sent him one or two EVERY DAY! haha).

Funny after what your guy said. I'm guessing mine likes yelling.lol Did your Sailor say anything about your letters?

SailorsGirl13-Yes, I have been very lucky to receive phone calls and I'm sorry you haven't. Today I had this feeling I was going to get mail so I rushed home to get NOTHING. But, like I said i'm going to stay strong and hope for tomorrow. I hope hear something soon:)

Keep the faith ladies! I have yet to receive any phone calls (other than the initial "I'm here & safe") OR letters. Same with all of the loved ones in my fiance's division. We'll get the letters soon :) But I hear you on the mailbox anticipation... get so worked up just to be let down with a mailbox full of bills and junk mail hah. Soon.... :)

No I am not. I'll join. I got off work and rushed home thinking there would be mail since it's been so long but, maybe tomorrow. Thanks. I hope you atleast have some in yours. I guess I can't be too picky since I've got four phone calls but, Ive been writing him everyday and the phone calls aren't very long. Lets hope for tomorrow:)
