For those of you who have received phone calls, is there a time frame in which they are allowed to make their calls? (their time zone) Thanks.

Hi
I booked a flight+hotel+car rental through expedia and they charged my card already. I paid for insurance just in case if there happens to be a change in PIR. My family will be staying at the Ramada Inn.

When you get reservations do they charge your card right away or do they wait until you check in, I ask because what happens if the recruit gets held back a week and you will have to chage the dates.
