So, my daughter's invitees will be coming in three different cars. Are you allowed to print a parking pass for each vehicle or only one???

Regarding travel from the airport: you can also take a train from the airport to Great Lakes, and catch a shuttle (taxi) at the Great Lakes train station.

A taxi from the airport is $60 - $80, while a train ticket plus a taxi to the hotel is only about $20.

Wait, there is ONE taxi service that only charges $40 from O'Hare airport. If you want their phone number, send me a private message. I just happen to still have their business card from my trip.

All hotels have shuttle service, it's only a few hotels that have *free* shuttle service. All the shuttles are is minivan taxis. Generally there is a fleet of these taxis that waits at all of the area hotels PIR morning. If there isn't one waiting, then the hotel can call for one. On PIR morning they mostly run flat rates, you can get four or five people in for about $15, sharing the cost between you.

After PIR the shuttles (taxis) wait in a designated parking area just inside the main RTC gate. If your hotel has a free service, those taxis will be marked. If not, then you can take any of these taxis back to your hotel. Free shuttles and flat-fee rates generally end at noon, but the price doesn't change much all weekend.

yes, I should have took that into account when I made the reservation. But at the time I was looking for afforadable and a hotel that got good reviews. I found a really decent price for that one. I have some time to think about what we want to do.

I would like the # of the shuttle company please. That sounds like it might be much easier to get on base.

I believe parking passes will be available tomorrow, Monday.
