I am going to graduation with my daughter and my son's girlfriend - my cousin plans to drop us off at the grad(she lives in Chicago and is graciously hosting our stay) - Does anyone know if it will be a problem to be dropped off and picked up by someone not on the guest list?

Oh I am soooo confused. I thought I posted this already when I replied to Susan. Can we just send a card addressed to Ship 12 Div 186, ATTN :RDC? BTW, my name is Tootsie. I have been a lurker for quite a while but last evening decided to join this wonderful group. My grandson is in Ship 12 Div 186 and has a PIR of 5/14. I can hardly wait! I will be making the the trip to see him graduate bootcamp.

Good luck Rikki Lee! We're fortunate to live just a few hours away from Great Lakes. I don't know what we would have done had we lived as far away as you do. Best of luck to you and I hope you are able to make it graduation to see your son.

With only six divisions, there will be plenty of room for additional guests. They might not even make you wait outside until listed guests arrive. My son's graduation had 9 divisions, and the place was almost echoingly empty.

Strict restriction to four guests generally only applies to large graduation groups.

I think the latest they can be modified is one week prior to PIR, so there's still hope :)

Unfortunately my husband wont be traveling at all.
Let's put it this way initially it was my family of 4 only.
But when My son saent his list he removed my daughters to add someone else.
My husband volunteered to stay behind since this would be the only opportunity for the girls to see their brother for a while. I am not happy but I am thankful for my husbands thoughfulness. I hope it all works out , my son's uncle said they are very strict about letting people in not on the list.

Good Luck... Iris
