navywifecooper , it means that they may have 30 min. to make calls, so they can call more than 1 number. I don't know how long they have to call, I'm just giving you an example. My son called me on his 3rd week there at BC.we talked about 5 min. , he told me he didn't know how long he had to talk, but he said he wanted to give others a chance to make calls. Maybe this will help.

Okay, I mailed off my letter as well. I told her she was welcome to write back if she wanted, and that it was okay, if she didn't. I'm glad she'll be receiving so many letters!! I can't even imagine what it would be like to be so young and feel so all alone over there. Way to go everybody!!!

lol sorry I didn't follow everyone who wanted to write but I'm glad she is getting mail from all sorts of people. I didn't mean to offend anyone. :)

So I wouldn't want to overwhelm the girl but maybe she would like a letter from someone her age? I know my boyfriend wants to me to write about everything in the news I hear so he stays a bit culturated in a rather closed-off world. Maybe she would want it too? Latest gossip, upcoming fashion, etc.? If so, friend me and message me her address as well.
