Let's help those who are coming to PIR by themselves find each other so that no one is traveling alone from the airport to Great Lakes.

Okay, I found a picture of me. I'm standing with my oldest daughter. (Denise - she's the young one on the right. I can't afford to send you another check!). So now you can find me at PIR. I really liked the picture of Brandon and Mariah I had just put on this site though. Next week we will all have pictures of our handsome Sailors in their Dress Whites on this site!

Thanks everyone! My husband noticed that a nervous breakdown was coming so he found the paperwork with the password for the gate pass! Great guy! But, it sounds like we are okay since we are taking the shuttle. But, at least I have it! The pizza ideas sound great! Of course, Chicago WOULD be a great pizza place. I hadn't thought of that.

My DiL got a surprise call today from my son while she the baby were over for Memorial Day dinner! He's doing well and said everyone is getting more anxious to finish-up Boot Camp and see everyone on Friday! His DIV's BS-21 is the night of June 1st (Div 203). 1 more day, and then we are hitting the road to drive to GL! Cannot wait!!! :-)

I got my call from Matthew today! It was so great. My daughter and I were shopping in Macy's for a dress for her to wear at graduation and he called! I cried right there in the middle of the store. Thank goodness we were able to catch up since I missed the sailor call.

Sobe ... hahahaha, you're too funny. But yeah girl, I'll be looking for that check...lol. You'll need to post your pic so I can find you ... I'm serious. As I said earlier, as I'm sitting on the bleachers waiting for graduation to start, I'm going to be a bleacher stalker.
Roz1206 ... I went onto the tab "videos" and found a PIR. It was a home video ... but it did posts the footage of PIR's. I agree with Sobe, there are a lot of flags coming in but you have to just keep clicking on them. I think I watched about 10 videos before I came to the PIR. I will say this ... I think it was from July 2009.

RobsMom ... Welcome .... the more, the merrier.

Sobe ... when my son and his girlfriend broke up back in July 2009, I think I was more heartbroken than he was. I just adored her and I still miss her so much. That's nice that you too have that relationship with Mariah.
