The Captains Cup is like a track meet, with lots of school (divisions) competing against each other for the "cup" (flag). It's all for fun, it lets them run off steam and they actually really do look forward to this friendly competition. For some, it's the first time they really get to interact with the other divisions in their grad group (it's one of the few things that is not "graded").

lansmom - if your recruit did not order you a DVD, you can order one later (and you'll want to!). Do not feel guilty, this economy sucks and sometimes it's other reasons too, but I'm sure the wonderful ladies on this site will post LOTS of pics when they return!

lansmom, I am sorry that you will not be able to go to PIR. I know how sad you must feel. Up till today, I was still not sure if I could go. My daughter is finally able to take the drive with me from Mass. My Danny is a twin and wanted his brother there, but he wont be able to attend. Hope our Div does well and we get those calls tomorrow.
