Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

I think my husband said about 14-15 hours. We are going to leave Wed afternoon and drive part way and then the rest on Thurs. Unfortunately, we will have to leave Sunday so everyone can get back to work and my other son can get back to college. We will drive straight back on Sunday

monica q ~ The custom division shirts can be pre-ordered by your SR, they can be purchased at the NEX if there are some available, they can be ordered after PIR by an order blank or telephone call. ~ kk

Is anyone else staying at the Quality Inn in Waukegan? We will be driving up from VA. We are also currently buried under about 20" inches of snow. I told my son's girlfriend yesterday that it didn't matter, we would get to graduation one way or another.

Yes, I have confirmed that we are staying at the Homewood Suites. We chose this location so that we could have a 2 br suite (me, husband, brother and grandmother are coming!) I am sorry to say that we probably will not get into our hotel until almost 9pm.
NAVYBLUMOM- would love to meet you even though we will not be in until later that evening. I will send you a friend request so that we can talk.
