I posted earlier but must have forgotten to click add comment! You gals have been busy today!! Not me, I am at the in-laws wishing my wife was here, waiting for next week to get here. Usually I am complaining time goes by too fast. Not now!!

G-ma left at 2.30 and no more pain. Finally peace for her, that is how I see it. Her cycle of life is complete and what she wanted.

crystaldj1972 6/915, no way. I hate tv for the most part. If I watch tv I record it first so I don't have to watch commercials. I only watch news and news tv. Political junkie on crack is what I am! My wife hates it but is getting used to it! I am watching her favorite show though, American Idol. Boring!!! I don't understand why people think they are God's gift to the world!

You guys were talking about attending concerts. Panama City beach is 2 hours from pensacola. (for those going that way, just a suggestion) They have so many free concerts during the summer there, not to mention 10.00 concerts on friday nights. Alot of the bands are tribute bands, but still sound the same. nothing like good good music.

Dreams I am feeling you there- boards everywhere, thrown in the living room while they track sand into the kitchen, grab a cold soda drink it up, leave the can on the counter. They grab the board, leave sand all over the couch and back out to the water. I guess I have been lucky to be my sons mom. Love those camera shots like that, It is really neat to see the in-tunnel shots and even crashes.

Navyblumom, I dont blame you for staying there. Albequerque is a nice town. My moms side of the family is from there. I have an uncle that is a priest, and numerous cousins there. I remember going to visit in the summers and getting to ride the tram. My Aunt used to own the high noon restaurant there. I think they sold it now tho. It is a small world.

Cudawn- how the heck do they do that? watch 3 shows at once, missing all the commercials and know what is going on with each show! They flip back to a different show just in time for the commercials to be over and watch the movie agan... GMan where is your input? I know you have got to be a remote control God!

bittersweet- capt was probably saying that because they like to keep the boys in check. (They get paid to be assholes) My sons recruiter said they had more than 4 guests at her PIR 4 years ago. She said just dont bring more than 10 people. I'm still bringing 8 people, whether they all get to see the ceremony, they will still get to spend the weekend with my wonderful sailor!

crystal - He's using one of those surfboard mounted waterproof cameras for that shot. He took some video like that of him in the tunnel....it was pretty cool. Yes, I agree - nothing like surfer boys...boards everywhere, wax, etc....I hope he doesn't want me to ship one of his boards out west! Maybe he'll just have to buy one out there, not sure how much free time he will have anyway. But I know the Pacific is alot different than surfing the Atlantic.

What a great picture dreams! I think our boys would get along well if they were in the same division! Nothing like surfer boys...and their boards and their 360's yada yada. I always thought the boys would never tire of talking about their surfing tricks... now the house is quiet on that one.

Dreams we got them at the Big 5 sporting goods, but I was also told that Academy has them too

Navyblumom, I am in Odessa tx right now, but have a place in Florida. I grew up here in Texas then moved off to Florida. My ex boyfriend got in a car accident that left him a quadriplegic so I am here in Texas with him for a duration. I did live in Dallas for several years and love it there. Most people hate the traffic, but I love the hustle and bustle of the big city. Pretty much the same reason I love Panama City Fl.
Cudawn, I think you may be right- my eyes are not seeing right, but that marriage thing- oh heck no.. I would rather just live by myself and have a boyfriend to go see every once in a while. So much less stress that way. Guess I'm selfish, but I dont like sharing my money, I like to come and go as I please and I like being in control of the stereo or remote control lol
