They can change rates at the begining of BC if they qualify actually happens more than we know... just an FYI.

SPOUSES: also I received his pay stub got BAH on check another FYI

Navyblue eyes he is a PR he ship 07 div 105
I have researched A school IN DEPTH and he talked to his classifier. His A school has been shortened by almost 3 weeks and he should go right away plus he should have 10 days of leave upon completion of A school. PR A school is not one of the rates behind so there shouldn't be a long wait!! YEAH!!!!

Thanks everybody for the congrats! I am telling all the non-believers who thought he was too old... ie in laws "how do ya like your crow?" (I'm being hateful) lol

same here, its bad enough that our guys have to finish their boot camp in less time than normal. They could at least be a little nicer to us parents... lol

Yeah! I had mail! Had good news even! Rick was promoted to Master at Arms over his division a couple of weeks ago. I am so proud! I think it made him happy to know the "old man" still had it!
He sounds so upbeat! Almost as if he is enjoying everything now. I can't wait to see him! It had been a while since I had heard from him. But was proud to have gotten 4 in one day!!!! :-) I might actually make it now! lol

lol bittersweetmomma- yeah I got the soft furry ones, you the kind- it feels good against the skin lol actually though about putting a water balloon in it... Mamabear kk thank you for all the advice on shipping as I will be having to mail my sons laptop to him also. I guess they will find any reason to move the guys around. I know my son is bummed about being moved off of the flags

BitterSweetMomma~Ship7,Div103 ~ Hello! When it is time, to ship that cell to Pensacola; they do not get packages/mail delivery on the weekends. Also ~ make sure you do not pay for extra shipping for it to arrive on a Friday ~ this just does not work! By the time the package is received, he may not have the time to pick it up (they have set hours of operation for packages). I shipped my son's cell via USPS Priority insured - all went well. I also shipped the laptop USPS Priority insured - did not work so well. So far UPS was a better choice for me. I was able to track the status and let him know when it was delivered or expected to be...they he could use his GL BC skills to run ...if not working. ~ : ) ~ kk
