I think it would be great to have a place to post requests, answers, or just general prayers for Class 281 or any pre-bud family. Everyone is Welcome!

Wow! Great news, a successful surgery. Give him our love and prayers and support. It is lonely in a hospital bed, and we are thinking of him and are proud of him. Who knows the reason his BUDs will be delayed a year, but maybe someday he will see a silver lining in it. Hard for us parents to be on this roller coaster. Glad surgery is over. ellen - Woo Hoo!!!!!!!! You can breathe a sigh of relief, I think that was the trickiest part of it all. Happy for you, keep us updated as he enters phase 3. anybody else do a double take when the headlines are talking about a plane crash in Alaska????????? wow. ps. great photo ! I love it! Glad he is happy. Glad you are still with us.

MstrChief, I am so very happy to hear that all went well with the surgery. I just have to do the "mom thing" and remind you to tell him to do everyhting the doctor says, including taking the time he needs to heal. Especially with a warrior like him it will be hard to be patient...sorry, but it's what I would tell my own family and you're all like family to me.
