I think it would be great to have a place to post requests, answers, or just general prayers for Class 281 or any pre-bud family. Everyone is Welcome!

Dear Father,
I ask a special blessing for the men who have been injured or become sick. Please heal their bodies quickly, comfort their spirits and help them rest. Also, provide comfort to those who have chosen another path. Provide all with your blessings, Amen.

Dear Father,
Light the night skies with your heavenly stars tonight, Calm the winds and warm the air on the West Coast. I lift up the guys in 281 and ask for your calming spirit to guide them through the night. Keep their minds clear and their bodies warm. Give them laughter to lighten the night and the strength and energy to complete the night. Please keep harm, illness and doubt from them and keep them focused on the minute at hand. Thank you for the words that have been shared today on this post. Your words have calmed and strengthened me as well as my son. You are our shield and our strengthen and we claim that in your name. We praise you for the gifts you have given our sons and for the people you have placed with them to share this journey.
For these and all things we are thankful. In Jesus name, Amen.

jettaryn - sorry to hear about your son, how serious is S I P E? what is it? it's symptoms? Our hearts are with you, and we will pray for his quick recovery. Who knows? Maybe 282 will be the best class for him in the long run. God's will is mysterious to us all. We love you and support you.

Hey - :) there was a misunderstanding ! :) I DID NOT sign up for an hour of prayer at 4 am! However, due to God's will, or my bladder, or dreams of a shivering, wet child, or some unknown reason, I have awoken at 4 am for the second day in a row! grumble grumble, but seriously, I just pray my self back to sleep and wish it was Friday morning. anyone else waking in the middle of the night? I wish for a time machine to fast forward time until Fri afternoon, and the only other time in my life that I've wished for time jump ahead a few days was when I was due to deliver my first child and was scared to death. Hey, come to think of it, same child, same wish, I'm seeing a pattern here! Seriously, just trying to give a smile to you all, as the prayers you all have written were very touching, and they do warm my heart. we are truly prayer warriors. no news is good news. Remember - We don't know what the future holds, but we do know who holds the future.
