OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Just received the phone call that I love to get! He is tired, hungry, and ready for the weekend. Yesterday and today sound like long days, but he is upbeat!

Yes, grandpa, I've been thinking about you and your gs, and the entire class. Along with the Court Martials, it hasn't been a good year, but they are warriors and they will survive and come out stronger than ever. "You can't keep good men down."

My thought was that it gives a choice. Prayer is good, all the time! But, some rely on it more than others.
