A sweet letter my SR sent me this past Thursday: He entitled it "One day"

My love,
I can't wait to see you again. It has been too long.
I need to see your smile again. It's been too long.
My faith gives me hope, but you, love, give me purpose.
You are my motivation, determination & prize.
You are my ONE and ONLY, my dreams yet to come true.
I will be all you need one day, my love.
You will see all i have seen one day, my love.
I might be away defending our country while our children play, but I'll return and there I'll stay. One day, One day.........

You will dress in White and me in Blue,
Cause you love me, and I love you.
I cannot stand how much I miss you,
my only wish is but to kiss you.
Your presence lingers inside my head,
There you will remain until we wed.
On that glorious occasion we will say,
Oh how we have waited for this One day, Today!

With all my love, Forever Yours,
SR Joe N. USN

Hmm..possibly Diver? I know they're in Florida. It would be neat to findout, see if anyone else has men down there, mine personally is in GL for A school, he's an OS.

thank goodness I found this group on here!!
I feel so left behind because I joined this navy for moms and everything just a week before my boyfriend graduated bootcamp, but he's in A School now but I feel like I missed out on so much..like the blue candle lighting on their battlestations and everything. At least it's comforting to know there's other ladies my age that are going through this as well =)

Sara- Congratualtions on your Baby Boy!!! I am just finished my OB class in nursing school. Babies are the best!! Lots of hard work, a scary undertaking but so rewarding and such a blessing. If you have any questions please feel free to ask.
