This seperation has really done wonders for our relationship. He is already so sweet but he is telling me so much more, writing poems, always talking about getting married, etc....its exciting really. He sends 3-4 long notes in every envelope.

My name is Charity. I live in South Texas (Galveston County). My bf's PIR is 10/29/10 and he is on Ship 7 Division 351. His rate is AE and he was recently asked about being a ceremonial guard. Since arriving at BC on August 31st he was appointed Chaplain Petty Officer for his Division. We have been dating for 3 yrs (July 15). I miss him so much. I have gotten some amazing letters and wait for the day they come in.

That's awesome!! Good to hear you've got it all planned out. It's like..the best thing ever..When you see them march by..you pretty much just wanna scream their name to see if they'll look up to make eye contact(they won't, they aren't sposed too, but hey..wishful thinking!) It's absolutely AMAZING. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did!

T-Hhahah, that's awesome! I missed my call..so he ended up leaving a voicemail:(

Kate - Skype is truely the funnest thing ever!!(:
Libby - They will sound exhausted almost every time you hear from them! Just wait til the "i'm a sailor" call...they mumble their words...You'd be lucky if you understood any of it! At least that's how my call was. When is yours supposed to PIR?
