OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

That's a good idea. Maybe on his dog tags?

Hmm..I'd maybe wear it on a necklace? so you have it with you always, but that way it isn't directly in contact with stuff?

Problem: My boyfriend and I exchanged promise rings before he left for boot camp last October. My ring is falling apart. It's already needed to be fixed twice for a crack (going on three times...starting to crack again) and a diamond just fell out last week. I've told him and he gets upset because he didn't spend a whole lot of money for it. I don't mind....its GORGEOUS! I'm going to have it fixed tomorrow, but what happens if it cracks again? Do I ask him if I can stop wearing it? Do I ask for a new one?

I don't want him thinking that he has to propose to me in order for me to have a new and sturdier ring. Not like I would mind :] but I don't want him feeling pressured.

Suggestions?
