Rachz - DEFINTELY go with them to graduation. I was an extra and they let me in without ANY problems. Have proper identification on you and be with his family when they go in..and all will be okay!! It's something you REALLY do not wanna miss. It's absolutely AMAZZINGGG. Also, i'm from the QC, just south of you about an hour!! Hahah. I'm up in Rockford quite a bit though. Why? I don't know...my family likes random road trips!

CL - Hhahaha..My grandma looked at me like I was clinically insane when I did that. Because I started with a Sunday..I was likeeee..Sunday is two days til Tuesday..which is letter day. Tuesday is close to Wednesday..which is half through the week!! Lol.

Hhaha. That's funny Charity. When subs get wings and fly..well..then no one has a damn chance of having a better navy than us!

For you sub ladies:SUBMARINES ARE SAFER THAN AIRCRAFT .....
THE PROOF IN THIS FACT IS THAT THERE ARE MORE AIRCRAFT IN THE WATER THAN SUBMARINES IN THE SKY

rachz- yes, a school gets easier for communication..but it's much harder to leave them the second time..if you dont mind my asking..where are you from? im about 3 hours from great lakes! haha.. but yes, they get their phones, and computers and all of that. but you cant really talk to them during the day..they will have classes.

Wow! It's so hard to keep up with this group! I leave for the weekend and come back and it's like I've been gone forever hahahaha. Spent the weekend with J, it was great! I was pretty much like a taxi driver the whole time because this was their first weekend as phase 2 so they could go off base. It was fun getting to know all of his friends though!

Is anyone going to their sailors A school graduation? or has anyone been to one? I heard they aren't really that big of a deal, and J will have C school after that, but I'm debating whether or not to go to the graduation. He said he doesn't care whether I come or not. I didn't get to go to PIR though so I'd like to go to something!

Ok good, then i hopefully will be getting one soon! Im so excited to hear from him besides a letter. im really lucky that i only live about 2 hours from chicago where hes at, so my letters get sent to him after a day or two.
just wondering, how does a school work? he can have his phone and everything right? does it get easier being away from him? to me, thats the hardest part
