Thanks to the many moms and more that are here and ready to help when a sailor is in need! It is amazing to know that no matter where our sailors travel in the United States there is a mom there ready to rescue them with a hot meal, place to stay, or help to get back on the road!

To be added to the list send me (Susan mom to Niko) a friend request. Then you can send me a private message with your name, location and phone number. Then you are added to the list!

Well, it's been a while since anyone's posted, I suppose that's a good thing! Here's something we can all do right now to support our troops:
Molly's Adopt A Sailor project is up to #4 in the Pepsi Refresh Challenge!! If you could text 100521 to 73774 (Pepsi Refresh) each day till the end of the month, you'll be helping to get grant money for postage to send moms' care packages to our deployed Sailors and Marines.
WE are 466 members strong here, let's pitch in and vote!

HI moms! One of our N4M moms from TX is visiting her sailor in Virginia Beach and is in need of some help Monday - here's her request...

Hey Norfolk moms~ I have a problem!! I am in Virginia Beach visiting my son. I leave Monday from Newport News airport about 11:00. He just found out that he has to be at work Monday at 5:00 am. Is there anyone available to bring me from VB to NN? I'll be glad to pay for gas and your trouble.
Thanks,
Brenda Sue
PS - I have no clue how far is it between the two.
Please call 409-626-2293

Kathy... I did hear that he made his way to your house! He was fun to play with at Christmas! Boy has his sister grown... she visited over the weekend... what a bundle of energy... took lots of long walks to tone that energy... once she is spayed I will be more comfortable taking her to the off leash area!

Hello all... thanks to the many that have volunteered help to our sailors!!

Wendy... have the dogs found a new home?? I know that I will be hosting my sons dog while he is away on deployment. She is just 9 months old and still has that puppy spirit!

Hey Susan--no requests for a long time. Are you taking care of it on the back burners right now? Know the holidays will increase traffice here.

Thanks Marcy. It was many hours later that I noticed it and did not even think about the "x"! Glad I am not the only blonde here!
