Thanks to the many moms and more that are here and ready to help when a sailor is in need! It is amazing to know that no matter where our sailors travel in the United States there is a mom there ready to rescue them with a hot meal, place to stay, or help to get back on the road!

To be added to the list send me (Susan mom to Niko) a friend request. Then you can send me a private message with your name, location and phone number. Then you are added to the list!

Hey all! Lots of new moms here! That is great! HOW THE RESCUE LIST WORKS,,, When a sailor is in need they (or more likely their mom) posts the need on this page... I and a couple of others check the page throughout the day and evening. When a need is identified in an area... we call the moms closest in location to the sailor with the sailors contact info. Then the mom can contact the sailor and offer what help is needed. Your info is not given out.

If you would like to be added to the list... Send me a friend request, then you can send a private message to me. Include your name, location and phone number... there is always room for more willing and able moms and more on the list! Thanks for volunteering!

I have been real good about checking this site every day and I am still waiting for someone that needs help around the Springfield area. I know that it will probably be someone who is driving from one side of the country to the other but I will be there for them when the need arises.

How do I know if there is a need in my area? I just look at the comment wall and really don't see any where when a mom lists that their son or daughter needs help. Where else am I supposed to be looking? Please let me know because I don't want to miss out helping if I can. Thanks.

No problem. When I told my hubby about this list he said he wished he had known about it when he was coming up thru the ranks.
