Hello Everyone,

I have a question relating to graduation.  I am trying to book our flights, returning home the evening of the graduation.  What time is graduation and how long do the sailors have before they leave for the airport?

Comment by lemonelephant on May 9, 2018 at 2:16am

The address is:

SR (SA or SN) LAST NAME, FIRST NAME

PSC 3

1320 TRUEMPER ST.

JBSA LACKLAND, TX 78236 (sometimes has the +4)
(Sometimes they have them include the Class number either next to the name or after the street, but that is the address.  If the Sailor is in Holding.  It will be PSC 3 HOLDING.)
There will be a paper each day to let the Sailors know who has received mail so that they can go pick it up.  Sailors do not receive mail on weekends or holidays.

Here's the format I use Wiffer peanut...

SR "Last Name", "First Name" "MI"

PSC 1320 Truemper St.

Class "12345"

JBSA Lackland, TX 78236

I had the same lack of confidence from my son but have never had a problem at the post office or Amazon, except for yesterday.  I mailed him an extra sea bag so he can bring all the stuff he's collected back home and the PO said the address wasn't right.  They fiddled with it and it eventually took.  I'm not sure if there's different numerical addresses or they have addresses on different street names.

Hi, I’m new here. Does anyone have the address format for Lackland AFB. I’m not confident that I’m getting the right info from my daughter.

Hello momof2. I asked my son if he could get this while he was there back in August. He didn't see one at the Nex. Sorry. I tried for you. Not sure if he really looked but he said he did. Good luck. I hope someone helps you out

I asked this question in September and never got a response so I will try again.

Anyone have a Sailor at MA school at the moment?  I would like to get a challenge coin from the NEX there. My son graduated Oct. 2016.  We were going to pick it up at the NEX and saw what we wanted.  Since we couldn't buy anything without our Sailor there since civilians can't purchase at the NEX we were going to go back with him after graduation.  However, there was a HUGE issue with his class and graduation was delayed by 6 hours while there was a big investigation and a large percentage of his class got Captains Mast and were not allowed to go through the ceremony.  So, when graduation was finally over he had NO desire to go anywhere but home, so we didn't get to go back to the NEX.  If anyone would be willing to pick up one for me, I would be more than happy to send the money and the shipping for it.

Hello all,

My son is en route to base now. I don’t say much, but I’ll be looking every now and again.

Thank you

My son will be new to A school in San Antonio at Christmas.  Any suggestions for things he might need and want to put in care package I'm sending?

Thanks!
