It's hard not knowing! That is the purpose for this group. Most likely if you are here your SR has had trouble keeping up or not passed a PFA due to some sort of minor medical issue. Often it stress fractures bringing SR's here. Know this when you don’t get a call that is a very good thing. Calling them is not a good thing and it can negatively impact your SR to have his or her “Mommy“ calling! They are harder on them in this DIV than any other. They want them up and out. The best thing you can do is sends tons of mail. Send scripture and motivational mail. I know my SR said reading the Bible was considered a sign of weakness here. When you get a tearful call motivate. Stay positive and encourage you SR. This is a small detour to greatness and getting the I'm a Sailor call! Recruit family and friends…“Navy mom friends are the best“…to send your SR mail as well. NMH for you all!!

tylers gma...the puzzle sounds fun! where did you get it? About legal, just simply say you're calling about your grandson "again" and leave your name & number. Be sure to speak slowly & clearly (I answer phones lol). Just be to the point. If it were me, I would call once a day until he calls you back. You have a right to be calling so don't think twice about leaving more than one message.
yes that's it Ship 4

Also you can email with questions...IF it is more than a week w/o hearing from your son! Hang in there this place is no fun and he will get frustrated. Good news this is for minor medical so its mostlikely the shin splint type fracture like my daughter had she was out in less than 2 weeks. Some are there much longer however. If you want us to write and send cards you can let us know in an email! Prayers for your son!
A squizzle is a puzzle that is flat like a regular puzzle. It consists of 9 pieces that are exactly 3x3 inch squares .It can be put togethher many ways but there is only one correct way so everything lines up and the picture is correct. It is a mind game and really makes you concentrate. It isnt something thats put together in a matter of seconds . It takes awhile. Ive worked on them for more than an hour and still not got it. I will take your advice on Mr. Sengco. I wasnt sure exactly how to approach it on the third call. Thank you.
tylers gma...what exactly is a squizzle puzzle? is it flat like a regular puzzle? I would call legal again tomorrow and remind Mr Sengco that you're still waiting. Try not to get worked up though. Tyler wouldn't want anything to happen to you I'm sure.
Colten's Mom...weston said they're really not supposed to have books but the chief right now is cool and wants them to do things to keep their brains thinking. The chief is also trying to get something lined up so they can start working on their A school stuff now. Weston asked me to send a thin novel in a really small padded envelope so he could put it under his shirt. There's SR's lined up to read it but what's so funny is it's a book weston liked as a child...a young boy's book! They ARE really bored! When did the snicker bar incident happen? When is Colten supposed to do BS? I talked to Weston Monday. He seems fine but a little worried about taking his PFA too soon even though he wants to get it done ASAP. If he got everything done and passed his PFA today, he said he could be doing BS right after so...I may just be getting the "Sailor" call tomorrow! Keep your fingers crossed!
no they told them they could have reading material so he got them fine. Maybe the mail person snuck them to him don't know. But someone got caught with a snicker bar and they all had to show their contraband and Colten showed the books and word finds I sent and they said he could keep those because they worked their brains. I have not heard anything from him since Monday. I am hoping we get a call before he goes to BS21. I may just start burning my blue candle any way.
How is Weston?
