Anyone attending PIR who is active duty or retired military must have military ID to be excluded from the guest list of 4 (they would get right in then, not have to wait with the "extras" for seating).

Thanks for changing the PIR position, sheshe!

Well, Lala makes lovely ribbons for everyone who wants them.  Check out her page!  She charges very nominally for these, just to cover her minimum costs.

sheshe: Can you move the "PIR" before the date in the title of this group rather than having it after?

We as in the 4 of us at home. All turned off the TV and wrote to our SR tonight. Each our own letter all in one envelope. Was kool doing that as a family. I am stoked and cannot wait until the 9th or so when we can start receiving our own letters. My son said he does not think I can write to him every night while he is in BC. HA! A mothers love will do many things. I love to write to him about our day and ask questions. It helps so much to get through.

Changed my name my husband set me up on this web site and we really should have thought it through before we used his name so now I have changed it to mine.  Finally got home and read the form letter it was so good to see that brief note on the bottom.  He said he was doing good.   Things were rough at times but that he is managing. The letter makes me feel a little at ease.  However, is some ways it makes me miss him more.
