Thanks so much for the comments about the ribbons. I am very glad you all love them and I know you will wear them with pride at both the meet and greet and PIR.
I had a yard sale today so I have been MIA all day, sorry about that.
Anita, The 900's DIV's don't march in like the other DIV's do. They come in at different times depending on if they are band, choir, drill team, of flag corp. If I remember correctly their flags come in with and in front of the drill team when they perform. Not all of the 900's DIV Sailors perform. Some work behind the scenes with VIP's and some are door holders and greeters. Many of them will be sitting at one end of the bleachers during PIR. Some of them may also be body snatchers but according to my Sailor The body snatchers are also made of from people in each DIV. I know it seems terrible that some may not see their Sailor march in but to be honest in that sea of Sailors most parents can't find their Sailor even if their DIV does march in unless they know exactly which row they will be in. They all look so much alike lol. I can tell you if you are lucky enough for your Sailor to be a part of the Triple Threat it is quite amazing. I will never forget hearing my daughter's voice when they sang for all those people. :-)
Lala...just wanted to send out a huge THANK YOU for the ribbons. I got them in earlier this week (Wednesday or Thursday) and they are absolutely B-E-A-UTIFUL! Thank you so much! Can't wait to wear them with Pride next Friday!!!!!!!!!!!!
