Choose your Username.  For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either).  Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username.  While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Make sure to read our Community Guidelines and this Navy Operations Security (OPSEC) checklist - loose lips sink ships!

Join groups!  Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself!  Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility. 

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.  

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

yes it is because he told me about traveling and having the same guy through bc but he didn't mention a name. But i am glad that we have gotten to connect as well

Does anyone know if we are allowed to use more then one vehicle pass, we have three different cars and was wondering if we could all print off a pass, or is it one per recruit? HELP!!!

This group is the greatest. I had to chuckle over the snoring stories. Hoping for mail tomorrow. I hit the road on Wed. morning. It's a 9 1/2 hr drive from north central Arkansas. We have to pick up my son's girlfriend at O'hare on our way into town.

I received another letter today. Other than being disappointed about not getting the rate that he was promised, it sounds like the division is doing good. He said all the guys are ready to get OUT OF THERE!

fabnoble: First initial R last name C. He did confer with the RDC that all i needed was their SS card for them to enter and that his sisters did not need to be added on his list.
