This is going to be lengthy post. I dont know who to reach out to. My husband left for boot camp jan 8th for great lakes. I recieved his phone feb 1st. His first week of 5 letters came jan 26. I have been using Sandboxx app to send him letter. He said he isnt receiving them. Is there a chance that DS can be cruel keep the letter? Its the right division and everything. It says delivered. Fast foward heres the rent thats due, he said he sent money online when he made that first phone call and that he sent it on the 30th. It never came. I called red cross and told them about the situation. They gave me the chaplin number, two of as a matter a fact. I called both and it sounds like it was disconnected. I redialed the red cross hotline and got a different representative. I told them the previous representative seem to have gave me the outdated one. This other one proceed to give me the new updated one. They gave me another chaplin number as well as the military support and family. Well i called the chaplin number, got over whelmed with the 9 options. I hanged up and called the Military support and family, explain the same situation. They said press opt 6 or 3, she said 3 was chaplin but it was for security so i pressed 6 instead. Red cross hot line said press pretty much anything to get someone, and try public affairs. Well I got someone on the line for public affairs, they said i had to send an email to RTC, and i did. I now recieved an email stating they will pass the info.I dont know why he never placed me in the lease, i think he said it was because they charge additional.
I got into a car accident 2 years ago with and was using his truck to get it work point a to point b. Unfortunately it broke the day he landed. I have been using lyft since. I have my MIL but she doesnt speak much english and my family isnt really a great support system. They know hes gone but i cant bring myself to ask them. I just feel so alone. Never thought in my life id encounter this. Also to add onto the pile now i got to send documents to get under DEER but the navy in the recuiters office had scan everything and said everything was good. Now i have to see how to send my documents again.
