OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

tackijachy, when my daughter did her battle stations, she said it was so easy, the hardest part was for her was getting wet from head to toe in her coveralls, and getting a rash from the coveralls rubbing on her legs. everything else easy. good thoughts going your way.

redsmom yes that is what our local office told me when I called and asked the question and he never received a renewal.  He was involved in an accident in WA after his license was expired and the officer didn't say anything about it and he didn't get a ticket.
