FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO GET STARTED:

Choose your Username.  For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either).  Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username.  While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Make sure to read our Community Guidelines and this Navy Operations Security (OPSEC) checklist - loose lips sink ships!

Join groups!  Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself!  Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility. 

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.  

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Just purchased a ticket  to go see my sailor on Feb 10. His trip home at Christmas was not as we had hoped.I only got to spend 4 days with him out of his 11 here. Family emergency with my dad took me to Md. instead Perhaps this will work out better. I am very excited.

Good Morning Texas~!

Got a call from my sailor yesterday he was so happy that he received the boxes I mailed him (clothes & xbox360). Him and his roommate were playing as we spoke....LOL

Classes are going well for him at PNAS and he is phasing up smoothly!

morning Tx lades....not very nice weather here in Htown :(
my son called yesterday and has finished his indoc classes and was able to leave base. him & his roommate went to the mall & by the sprint store; loves the off base availability. later his barracks had a BBQ during the Sunday football game; said similar to be at home...LOL

The front say U S Navy in like blue colors the whole shirt is black

On the back it has 3 big sharks one is red one is gree and one is brown , they have on little boxers with the master sergeant and 2 others names I guess I can't say who the have like an anchor that says USN. Then it says you wouldn't survive in my shark tank Div310. It is reallycool and my favorite navy shirt
