I'm not 100% sure if I can make it just yet but carpooling is a great idea! What time do you plan on meeting at the Target?

I will meet you at Target. I have never been before so meeting someone ahead of time would be great! Lets meet in the parking spaces towards Pier 1. I will wear my Navy mom tshirt and I drive a blue expedition.

Hello everyone, is anyone interested in carpooling to the VFW tonight.  I live on the Southeast side and was thinking of leaving from Target at Harrison and Old Spanish Trail at 6pm.  I'll check back later this afternoon to see if anyone is interested.

I think you are right.  I won't be able to make tonight's meeting as my son is just home, but would like to consider going in July.

thanks for the info Ang!

I think it would be a good idea. You are going to need alot of support when he is in BC. My son just graduated June 10th! He is just starting his A schooling. Maybe email the lady in charge and ask what her take is on attending before your son leaves for BC. She responded to my email right away.

Charlotte I would love to go but I'm not sure if its for me just yet. My son won't leave for BC until November so he's not really active duty yet. What do you think?
