I am actually moving out of FB don't like all the nastiness that can go on there.  I think here it is a safer environment. Also fairly safe from hackers. We have to be a little careful for our sailors safety and they monitor these pages.  My son loves to fish so this will be good news for him.

I have received e-mails from my Bainbridge sailor.  I sent off a package over the weekend and we will see how long it takes to get it.

This is my first deployment for Tiffany.  Tiffany was able to FB message me today, so they have access to the internet for now, she said while she was messaging me, they called the flight deck open for fishing! hahaha  I wonder what they do if they catch a fish??

Can they email?  Haven't heard from him since Fathers day.  Put his phone on Military hold. Was told Verizon does not work overseas and when they are on the water.  He thought he would have access to email and a phone?  Do they still do the Hotdog eating contest on the 4th?

You are so welcome!  I saw you asked about the mailing address on the destroyer moms group.  This is the address my son gave me.  He told me that he was told the first mail drop will be about 2 months from now and once the mail starts it will be more regular.
