Kathy I am so sorry for that news as well. It's never good having to tell someone news like that, let alone over the phone. I hope she takes it as well as she can. The earthquakes too, I thought they were just aftershocks too! One happened while we were at the commissary and the shelves were shaking and we were told to go outside and started talking to a lady whos phone went off. I am so downloading that when I get home!! The last 3 or so I felt Rob was off doing something and he had no idea. I guess you can just get used to it. I definitely notice when the ground is moving!!! And Kathy that is too funny about your granddaughter. I just read that to Rob (he's home for lunch) and he said squid is not good, he's tried it in a few forms. I myself tried it back in 6th grade in dried jerky form when my history teacher brought it in. Not a fan. I have had Coco's grow on me and actually asked him to take me again and we're going tomorrow haha. I was also asking Rob about more people he might know and he doesn't really go by first names, he needs last names.

TY Everyone

Katie says 5.0 an above is an Earthquake  not an aftershock she don't care what they say LOL if any of you have an iphone or ipodtouch there is a Free app. u can download called Quake Feed it tells you where all of the Earthquakes are all over the World, and let me tell you Japan has at least 15 + a day all up near Honshu most of them out in the water. I check it everyday now since I downloaded it!!

Happy Easter everyone! Glad to hear everyone is hearing from their sailors. I got an email today saying my parents are sending rob a box. It's funny to think my parents are doing that for him but awesome too. I am in a super good mood today because the hubby found out they'll be in port a week longer or so than they first thought, he changed my flight last minute and I get to spend another week out here!!! I was so sad to leave him and this made it all that much better. We're back on base and he has watch all day today and work tomorrow and I don't even care I have to spend the day and part of tomorrow by myself. It'll be a good chance to explore. Hope everyone is having a good weekend!!

Those calls are The Best no matter what time they come!!!

Blondie we think alike that's what I was going to say Katie has a Kindle and loves it, plus it takes up less space in her rack LOL. She use to take like 4 books with her on deployments and they took up all of her space!! Now I just send her Amazon gift cards so she can download books to her Kindle!!

I leave Saturday because he has duty Sunday and they leave for basically the whole month of May. I'm hoping time goes fast and his leave can get approved so he can come home in a few months. Was a dreary day here, cloudy and light rain on and off. And there was just another earthquake. It's so crazy how they happen!!
