Linn, yes Rob does know you daughter, said she's a DivO but not his. And CCR he knows your son too! It's too funny that of all the people there we're connected pretty well. We're leaving base today and going to Tokyo for the week. Went to Kurasawa yesterday and saw the big buddha. Going to take my tour of the ship today. We were shopping at the commissary yesterday and there was an earthquake. Just a little one, shook the signs on the ceiling and the shelves and a few things fells off. He thinks there was another one when we were on our way to buddha. It was a weird feeling, knowing it was happening and everyone was just kinda ehh about it and then went on about everything. Been a great trip so far, don;t want to leave...

wowowowowoW!  tHIS is some great news this page.  I got a new job, I'm salary, so if I thought I was busy before....   that was nothing!  OK.  The great earthquake concert, I know that will be on you tube soon, coming to a video near you.

Ashgrove, if he is that curious, ask him if he knows any FC's.  The fire controlmen (and women)  My son has the CIWS weapon system, his last name is RAMOS. They work close together with the GM's.   This has to be a very very exciting time for you.  Lots of pics!  tata for now.

Well I made it! the flight wasn't too bad, slept for just over half. The meals I say were a bit odd. Was a bit of a mixup at the airport but made it to base safely, just a little later than planned. Weather out here is nice and good to see Rob, still almost doesn't feel real. I got my id today and going to take a tour of the ship before I leave for home. Everythings going great! We're on base til Sunday then heading to Tokyo. Can't wait!!
