I was talking to the hubby the other day when the quake hit and the blinds on the windows were shaking and the ceiling light was swinging around. He said it felt like he was on the ship again too and it kinda freaked him out. I am sitting in Chicago right now on a layover and headed to Yokosuka and couldn't be more excited!! And so nervous at the same time. Last time I saw my guy is when he was on leave and we got married almost 4 months ago. So yay!

They are having lots of aftershocks I counted 25 yesterday. I have an app for my iphone called Quake Feed and it shows you where all of the earthquakes are all over the world, and Japan is continuing to have them everyday. I missed Katie's call last night I was still at work but hubby got to talk to her, she said she has felt the quakes and that it made her feel like she was still on the ship. She said they are only home for 2 weeks, then they will be getting underway again.

If u have the Blue Ridge's FB page u usually know where they are at by the pics they post LOL

I just hope it's safe for them to be returning to Yokosuka, I'm sure it would be otherwise they wouldn't be going home right?

Havent been on for a few days because of work, but just wanted to say I got a phone call Tuesday from my sailor.  He talked for about 20 minutes.  He is doing fine.  Of course being IS, he wouldnt say anything about the BR location. LOL.  He did say the food situation for the BR was fine and all is well!

Amen Blondie, yes we do need to pray for our government leaders!  Although there are times when I had rather do bodily harm to them!!!  It really frustrates me that grown men and women, who swear to do the best job to their ability for the American people, play a game of politics!  This affects so many people, but especially our men and women who are serving and providing protection for these idiots!  I am so mad at them right now, can you tell?  I only wish I could give each one of them a piece of my mind.  I just pray that everyone of these idiots are committing political suicide right now and we get a brand new bunch!
