Katie had said they'd be getting underway in Feb.
Blondie Katie & Matt spent 2 years in Naples Italy, now working on 3 in Japan, so I know what ya mean about being stateside LOL
They were told they can't have another overseas assignment so they will be stateside this next tour, thank god lol

you know what they say about nice guys finishing last...   But those girls sure do have a lot of nice presents to show for their "friendship" with him.  Witches.

I hear him talk to the guys he works with, and he doesn't spare his sailors mouth from what I hear in the background, but I'm sure its stressful trying to get his system up and working sometimes - mechanical parts and all. Tell Tucker thanks for the kind words Molly.  I did raise him, LOL   :- D

ha ha, just kidding, but the Navy sure does teach them a lot of great character building to reinforce the way they were brought up.  This year is gonna be a good year for him - I feel it.  An E-5 now, plus he has his third year coming around in Feb., plus a uniform allowance coming.  Just pray he doesn't blow it all on those ungrateful girls again....   Lord, please send a good one his way...

Hi ya'll.  I am only scheduled 2 days per week for January, so I might get some time to do taxes and get caught up on Pasture Mgmt., and spend more than 2 days a week taking care of my parents.  Patrick and my moms birthday is today, but he has duty.  He's still loving the Navy, but I havn't seen him for two thanksgivings and two Christmas'.   Maybe next year.  He's happy bout the PO 2nd class, and his goal is to get his ESWS now.    Glad everyone has had a great time over there on their trips and hope I get to see ya'll more often now.

Katie has until next Sept - Oct I thought this was a great ship to be on until I visited my daughter and found out otherwise at first I thought it was just Katie but after we talked to Brett and he said the same things about the ship I couldn't believe it.

That's for sure Linn about staying on top of things, last March when Katie re-enlisted it took her 4 months before she got the bonus money she was promised, they are supposed to get it a month after they re-enlist. Katie had to keep calling them and had to keep asking about it, at first they told her they had no info. on her even re-enlisting, I still to this day have not even seen any pictures of her re-enlisting and they supposedly took them. Her Hubby re-enlisted a week after Katie did and he got his bonus a month later and we saw pics. of him a week later. I feel Bad for her because she gets treated like crap on this ship. She used to want to be career before she came to this ship but not now she's just counting the days until she's off of it.

I'm Sorry Kathleen I hope things workout for him, tell him to keep on them.

I hope he gets to see Katie before he leaves for home.

Those were my favorite places Kamakura and Hase and yes lots of walking!!

Kathleen Jonis will be glad he's leaving the ship, talked with Katie yesterday and she is not too Happy, they are moving everybody around on the ship, they have done away with her division. She is supposed to be going to Hardware now which she is not too happy about, shoot they just sent her to 3 schools and all of the stuff she learned she will not be using now!!! What a waste of money and time.

I'm not sure about anyone elses Sailors,  but mine sure isn't very Happy right now.
