OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Min!....I sent you a friend request.  Once you accept that then I can send you a private message that I can give you the address to the ship.

Make sure you request custom forms from the post office.  You can only mail packages to them by going to the post office.  You will need to have a custom form completed with each package.

Thank you Paymaster.  Do you have any idea when we might get an email and/or are they able to recieve mail, sm packages and what the address to the ship is and how the whole mail process works, how long etc.  Sorry so many questions.

SharonG....Would love to have you help with the pillowcase project!  Just let me know how you would like to help?

If you can sew I would be happy to send you the directions to make pillowcases.

If you don't sew and would like to donate to the fund that would be greatly appreciated.

Just let me know.

To Paymaster.  I would like to know how I can help with the pillow cases. How can I help. I'm sure we are not in the same area but I would love to partake in this if I can.  Thank you.

Hello everyone...new to this group.  This is my daughter's first deployment.  Though she seemed very excited to be going, I wish she was still home.
