Hey everyone, I've been lucky enough to talk to my husband almost regularly either by phone or email and he told me they were suppose to get pkgs and mail on the 21st but that they changed the date to the 26th so they should all be getting them soon (:

What other address is there? I did read there was one that was faster but I don't know what it is.  I really wanted my son to have his package by christmas,  Sent him a fat stocking and wrapped his cookies in christmas paper.

Hi MarbL3S..I dont know what address you are referring to, but I was given the address by the Ombuds, then my son sent me the one he received in an email from the squadron (which was the same one I had) If you PM me I will be happy to share it with you, although he hasnt received our packages yet either, and we started sending them the end of last month...I just hope they all get their packages by the end of the week.......

Hi - just got an email, no packages yet. I'm still hoping and praying they get them before the weekend....

Three weeks would be right after Christmas for mine, I sent it December 6th, that would be a bummer!  I'm finally forcing myself to decorate the tree.  He said he would let me know as soon as he gets it.  I read on the ships facebook that some of the sailors got packages and stockings when Wee Man was there, I asked and he said he didn't know anything about that.

I also spoke via messages with one of the other guy's fiance. She also said they havent gotten any mail yet. This is his second cruise, she said thats normal, takes about three full weeks, so it should be soon!

Have a great day!

He emailed yesterday, no one in the squad received packages yet, hopefully soon, he asked if I sent one and said he would let me know when he gets it.

I agree, which is why when I received it I sent it along to you too.

Have you heard from your sailor this week? I know they are super busy. As far as I know mine hasnt received any packages yet, but some moms are posting on the Vinson page that their sailors are getting their packages, so maybe ours are enroute?? I hope so. I would like for him to get them before Christmas.
