KIM: Someone asked that on RTC FB ((holiday routine tomorrow) and they said no. Then a week later, someone else asked on there and they said yes. Since it is a federally-declared holiday, I think they would be in holiday routine. We don't believe there are BattleStations tomorrow night for the next group, which is an indicator possibly that they are on holiday routine tomrorrow.
Lala: Wait until you reach MY age...things just pop into your head, then pop right out again! 4 a.m. is a great time for things that I couldn't remember in "normal waking hours" to pop back into my head....ahhhhh.....growing old is such sweet bliss! :-)
Have we made the decision to go with 1 scarf color for all N4MS or with individual division colors?
I looked at the Residence too, its nice, but I didn't want to pay that much. From what I can tell there are some nice places to stay there, so Im sure which ever you choose will be fine. :)
I made my reservations at Country Inn and Suites, the pictures looked alright and I needed something a little cheaper then Springhill and Residence, which is where I would have stayed if money wasn't an issue.
Does anyone know if Monday is a Holiday Routine day? I'm trying to keep the week/day schedule straight but these holidays are messing me up. :)
I would love to do the whole PIR group scarf thing but there are so many on the facebook forum group that I don't think are on N4M's, that I don't know how that would work. We could always pick a scarf that has 2 colors on it, one for PIR group one for division. :) Just an idea.
That's the one Dianne lol. I knew you would know. My memory is just not what it should be anymore. I have to write EVERYTHING down lol.
Happy New Year!
I think the other hotel Lala was thinking of in addition to Springhill is Residence Inn. They are close together. Residence Inn Waukegan has the larger 2 bdrm 2 bth suites for larger groups (queen bed in each bedroom, sleeper sofa in living room). Full kitchen. They have studios also--all have full kitchens. Pet Friendly. PIR shuttle. Free hot buffet breakfast. We enjoyed our stay there. I believe Springhill has the studios. We have received great reviews on both hotels from the ladies on here. Both are very close to Sarge's MeetNGreet, about 4 miles from RTC.
My son said in his last letter that 53 & 54 are brother divisions.
@KayOh I booked at the Quality Inn, they had some really good rates. :)
