Concernedad, Buster got the tag just ahead of Fielder's foot touching the base. It was fair and square. The Giants did get a lucky break on the Blanco's bunt. By all accounts, that bunts should have gone out. But like all things in life, sometimes you have to have a little luck. A break here, a break there. Ya, on paper, the Rangers should kick everybody's butt ...  but unfortunately, they still have to win the games in real life. The Giants are sitting pretty right now.

Hmmm....we shall see. Verlander looked AWFUL in his first outing. Pitching was good last night however, I think the Giants are gonna prevail.BTW. The choice by Prince Fielder to run home was not a good one.

Aren't all umps blind?  I thought is was kinda like the statue of Justice.

Giants are going down! Just wish it was the Rangers taking them.

The umpire behind the plate last night obviously had a nice bet on San Fran. MAN! Did he miss some calls!!

ME!! There are a lot of teams I would root for...Rangers definitely NOT one of them!!!

GO GIANTS!! They are lookin' good!! Darn...wish my smiley thingy were working.

I agree regarding Magic Mike...only saw the trailers...that was enough.

Drama....who wants to talk about a World Series that doesn't have the Rangers in it? I mean, seriously?!!

Comment by Concernedad on October 26, 2012 at 10:45am

For God's sake Bunker....Do not make your husband sit through Magic Mike!!! That is cruel and unusual punishment and nothing good can come from him having to watch it. Have a heart!!!

LOL!!!!!!! Finally saw this.  BTW, I played "Truvy" in a production of "Steel Magnolias". It was great and I had to learn to do hair because during the first act, I had to do the character Shelby's hair on stage, 4 nights and a matinee for 3 weeks. I did have that Helen Reddy album.

BQB...I listen to sports in the morning! NCIS is a guilty pleasure. Still remember Mark Harmon when he played football at UCLA. He is aging real well!!!
