OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

bnuke.....baseball of course.

For the record, as a kid, I put my Jim Brown rookie card in my bicycle spokes.

Concernedad...My former mother-in-law threw out my ex's baseball cards from the 1950's many years ago.  He had some valuable rookie cards. He is a HUGE baseball fan. He did manage to retrieve a beautiful Satchel Paige card because it wasn't with the other cards.  We were talking about this the other day. She was doing some cleaning out of things and thought they were just some old junk! Downright painful to think about.

I am in Portland, Oregon!  If you have seen "Portlandia"...well...it is sorta accurate.  "Grimm" is also filmed here as is "Leverage".
