Choose your Username. For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either). Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username. While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Join groups! Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself! Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind. In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships." OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

FL are aware of them immediately as they come off the African coast, before they are even depressions...so we have been aware of Irene for at least a couple of weeks. Glad she is finally leaving!

So glad that you heard from your SR...and for the others who got calls. HOOYAH!

I read that letter 20 times a day. and also I finally got in touch with my uncle whi was involved in the earthquake and hurricane he is just fine God is good

Saying good ridance to Irene this morning. spent the last 3 days working at a hospital in Manhattan and happy to be home and safe. Spoke to my SR this past Thursday. He got hold of me at work. It was his 3rd phone call. Made my day! Sounds like east coast folks are okay. Thank God.

I dont know if it deosnt go down soon i guess i will be booking with them I dont want to keep waiting and then the prices go even higher.
