Just wanted all you twin Moms to know I'm thinking about each and every one of you today. You are very special ladies and don't let anyone tell you otherwise! God Bless and have a great night.

I helped a friend for her rehearsal dinner at her parent's house tonight and I'm helping again at her wedding and reception all day tomorrow so I will try to catch up with you all late tomorrow.

Sounds like you have raised an amazing group of kids Ellen.  Congratulations!

How did your daughter handle the fact that her brother was leaving for the Navy?

So...your youngest has been in BC for about a month now right?  It's too bad his older brother couldn't make it.  Still I bet you can't contain your excitement for your SR.

I can only imagine how quiet the house will be once my boys are gone.  Try to keep yourself busy and if you need to talk...we are all here for you!

OOO about the tooth, Not good. But having an implant will be good, I hope if I ever have to have one pulled that I could get an implant.

Oh that would be doable to get off I think at Reno go to lunch with you and get a rental car from there and get to my Dads at a reasonable time.

I found out today that the culinary school I want to go to has a new online corse that is 1/4th the cost!! And I could start it now. You watch streamed lectures and demos. do your cooking, take pictures to email then the chef instructor lets you know if you need to repeat or if you pass.  You have a library of cookbooks on line and student interactions. sound like it would be good. It is $45 to apply and $150 for your supplies (knives, apron, hat, other tools) then $140 a month or $4100 for the course.  What do you guys think?

CO-twin...are you talking about how long the train ride is from here to Sac? As it is only 2.5 hours drive by car from here to Sacramento. It's about 5-6 to the Bay Area. As far as dentist...I'm miserable right now. The dentist had to extract a tooth and put in an implant screw. This was not supposed to be the case today :( Cool thing I found out though was that my dentist was in the Navy, that's where he got his training. I can't wait to talk with him about it next time.H

Welcome Ellen! How cool that big brother twin influenced little brother. What does your twin daughter do?

I have twin boys who are finishing their last year of high school. Twin 2 has contracted to go in as a Nuke and leaves for BC 7/1/2014. Twin 1 intends to pursue a teaching degree and continue with his graphic arts communications field that he s studying at his career/tech high school.

Sierrascrapper, looking into my train today, it is about a 5-6 hour drive to Sacramento from Reno I think!! so not sure. I spent 3 hours at the Dentist two days ago. resulted in a gold onlay.

Cathy heartsick for your friends, left my light on for them and praying for them.

Welcome Ellen. WOW two in 800 div. there are three from this town where I live. Only 800 population. One in training, I just left navy and one just reuped for 5 years I think.

I have one that went in in November, deployed on USS Bainbridge, his twin is at Goose Creek, S. Carolina in Nuke school. He is the runner. Got 9:12 for 1.5 mile. There one ahead of his ran 8:?
