I came up with a few more sentences. I don't think they are as good as the first ones, but here goes with finishing the last sentence I left off with:

The doctors started poking and prodding us with a (noun) and filling vials with (body part). Once we got all of our (plural noun), we had to label them with a set of (kitchen utensil). You should see how they turned out! We also had to go to the barber to get out head (verb). I look like a (animal) with no hair on my head. At the end of our first day we finally got to get some sleep. I dreamt about (geographic location) and (plural noun) before the rude awakening at (military time) by someone (verb) in our faces.

Good tips CO-twin. I can't wait to see what you come up with. We might need to put this in a discussion so we don't lose it in our comment wall. I've been reading the day-by-day to get a good grasp of what to make sure is included. I've kinda hit a wall at this point, but I'm sure it will come flowing out again soon.
Doubletrouble...thanks for the compliment on the Mad lib, it's been fun to work on for sure. Did you drop your son off today? I couldn't remember. I'll be thinking of you as your son lands at RTC.
Cathy...I hope you had a wonderful weekend with your family at the ballgame. I know it will be hard to say goodbye tomorrow but at least you will get to see him one more time before he leaves. Take LOTS of pics!

You could put a noun for RDC and put a plural noun for what you put in the box. Fun so far. I will have to jump in.

I just tested this out on the family (Jonathan wasn't home) and we all died laughing! Here are the words they chose:
PHONY
EXCITED
GUNS
ROSES
MARVIN THE MARTIANS
SLICED
LADY
1430
JOCKSTRAP
CRUSTY
HAIR

OK CO-twin...you got me started. I'm not even close to finished but it's flowing out of me. Here's what I've got so far:

When we first got to boot camp at Great Lakes and stepped off the bus, a (adjective) RDC started shouting out directions to us. We all were (adjective) and tried to pay attention to all of the (plural noun) given to us. We had to put our civilian clothes in a box to send home. I made sure to put (noun) in the box to freak out my Mom. We were then issued our new uniform called (cartoon character) that signifies that we are new recruits. We were so (verb) by the time we called home, that we sounded like a (noun) on the phone.
The next day we woke up at (military time) and ate breakfast at the (noun). The food was different than what I ate at home. It tasted like a (adjective) nightmare. Then the military doctors started poking and prodding us with a (noun).

That's all I've got so far. Critique, change, add as needed. This is FUN!

Cathy...here is link to the questionnaires in case you are having trouble finding it still. It's almost at the bottom. http://www.navyformoms.com/group/bootcampmoms/page/letter-writing-f...

CO-twin...I LOVE the idea of making a Mad lib for BC. I probably don't have enough info since I'm the green one here, but I will try to offer some input
