I hope Sam feels better about school again soon. Maybe he's just a bit frustrated right now. I'm sure some sections are harder than others, or maybe he's just bored.

Well Jonathan was serious about working out until he got his girlfriend. He said before that he was somewhat depressed and that working out made him feel better and helped him get his anger out. Now he just barely finds time to squeeze in a workout because he's too busy playing video games. We ride on him about it all the time because we are the ones paying for his gym membership. Still, there definitely is an improvement in his body shape since he started and he will get a wake up call soon enough next month. He was impressed by this guy in DEP who wakes up and does push ups every morning. He even said that maybe he should do push ups every morning. LOL We'll see.

Sierra Thanks for the plug.

My boys definitely worked out hard, they not only wanted to pass PFAs but wanted to excel.

Funny for a Nuke and given how hard they have to work at school that Sam had trouble memorizing his general orders. that site helped him too.

BTW...CO-twin's little sailors are SUPER CUTE. you definitely should order one for yourself. They are different than anything I've seen out there.

Funny thing about the general orders is that I've been trying to get him to join the Navy DEP site and he didn't want to for so long. He finally did and admitted that it helped him to find a way to remember the general orders.

He's been working out, but not faithfully. Maybe once a week is all. He won't have trouble with running, but the pushups might be tough. I think he can handle the sit-ups too. It'll be good for him to see how much more he has to go to be fully ready. It was funny because one of the guys he likes at the DEP meetings told him how much he does pushups.

O good job on the general orders. Sam had a hard time with that. Now he is in Power school, he for the first time tonight was less than upbeat, said school is "crappy"
Good laugh on the PFA has he been working out? My boys did, worked out and went running.

Well Jonathan went to his DEP meeting today, but he didn't have to do the extra paperwork. He said it will be at his next DEP meeting. He did however get drilled on the 11 General Orders and passed with flying colors :) Makes a Momma proud. He said they are going to do a voluntary initial PFA at the next DEP meeting. It should be good for him to see where he is at.

I don't know about that. They play the video game in two different rooms and usually they don't play together. LOL They play with their own friends. As long as they aren't arguing, I'm just fine with it. Which lately they haven't gotten into too many tiffs. Maybe they are kinda realizing that the end is getting closer.
