Sam totally made me cry, I sing at church and so
Go early to warm up and practice. In walks Sam , all 6'4" of him in his dress blues. So handsome, first time I saw him in dress blues. I had to sing and cry all at once.

Oh I LOVE hearing these stories. I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas. We enjoyed the time we had together and made some GREAT memories.

CMS76... How cool that you have a twin too! My husband is an identical twin and my boys are identical too. I also had a half brother from my Dad's side who had twins. My husband's brother spent Christmas eve with us and we had some good laughs.

Sheisaseabee... How AWESOME that your twin girls surprised you with the special treat of having them both home for Christmas. Hug those girls extra tight whole you can.

Co-twin...whatwhat a wonderful gift for your son Steve to be able to spend Christmas in Israel. I bet it will be something he holds dear to his heart for the rest of his life. See all the GREAT adventures he gets to experience being in the Navy! Tell him that he is so fortunate and that he won't get that many experiences like this ever once he gets out.

I finally finished my week at work, and vacation has OFFICIALLY begun! Jonathan leaves for Pasadena tomorrow and we leave on Saturday. The hardest part now is deciding what to pack since it's the middle of winter here, but like summer in Southern California. Pasadena here we come!

If any of you are interested, HGTV broadcasts the Tournament of Roses Parade without commercials. It will also be broadcast on CBS I believe. My son's HS band is McQueen High School from Reno, NV and we are in the last 1/3 of the parade.

Thanks CMS76! I hope you have Happy Holidays!

CO-Twin, I'm sorry you won't have Steve at home, but what a wonderful Christmas for him in the Holy Lands!! Enjoy yours as well!

I heard today that Steve's ship is in port for the holidays on the shores of Isreal! They will be touring the Holy Lands or Christmas. That is truly special.
We are enjoying Sam fr Christmas.

Yes yes yes!! I just got surprised by my twins at Wal-Mart! My Seabee girl snuck a flight home today and was able to surprise me with the help of her sister. The next 3 days are going to be wonderful!!! Oh and they videoed the adventure of finding mom at Wal-Mart. The shoppers were wondering what was going on. LOL!

CMS76 OMGosh did I know you are a twin also? Fun. I hope you all have a great visit.

I picked up Sam The nuke twin yesterday and he is as funny as ever, made me laugh from the moment I picked him up.  We all got to talk to his twin who is deployed last night.  He will be coming home for a second Christmas in January.

Congrates on the SAT scores Sierra.

I think twins getting together will be a great homecoming.

So glad you are getting both your girls home Sheisaseabee.  Is one of yours going to be a seabee? I think that is a really fun and useful navy job. Saw a seabee team on a building show on TV they came to rescue builder having problems on a job site.  They put the builders to shame with how fast and efficient they where.

So proud of my boys! They got their SAT scores today. Ironically, both got the same overall score of 1350. My Math Whiz got 690 and his bro got 660. And my English Whiz got 690 and his bro got 660. Too funny! Now we just have to wait for the ACT scores to show up in a week or two.

Sam is here, he has made me laugh all day. He has such a funny wicked sense of humor. We got to talk all together with steve on the phone. They make an undisclosed port about now for Christmas.
So glad the twinkles will be together, are they excited? Is this the first since PIR.
Nice to have your double trouble boys home.
And Ellen you have your boys?
Sierra"s last with her two pre navy.
