Is it the water park in Sparks? We've been there a couple of times, really had fun.

I make peach pies, put them in zip lock bags and freeze them to bake latter. Just like Mrs. smiths.
Glad you found the answer for the ShipStaff. Steve was Section Leader and a Weapons Petty Officer. Sam was laundry PO. I think so he would not be voted streek of the week or mark of the month.

CO-twin...the 26th sounds just perfect. I will ask for that Thursday off. Looking forward to meeting! What are you bringing for a boredom buster on the train?

Hi everyone! I'll try this again and maybe not delete this one on accident.

The wedding was beautiful but it kicked my butt. I worked a total of 18 hrs between the two days. It was a wonderful blessing to be part of the whole event as the family is so awesome! Today we spent the afternoon at the water park. It was so nice that the wind finally kicked up today and blew the heavy smoke from the Rim Fire in Yosemite out of our area. It has been affecting outdoor activity in our area for quite some time as the smoke has been so thick.

It's so good to hear that you gals are getting calls from your SRs and that all is progressing just fine. Not just FINE, but WONDERFUL!

Speaking of peaches...my tree is ready for picking. I have already picked a couple baskets and I will be picking more over the next few days to prepare to make my finger peach jam. It is to DIE for! I LOVE MY PEACH TREE! I think I'll try my hand at peach cobbler this year too.

Oh. Rejoicing for you Cathy!! I squealed for you. It is amazing how no matter what mom does to get our kids to be clean, nothing. Maybe we needed to yell in their faces and demand push ups.
